The delivery of specific Services is governed by separate written agreements, statements of work, or contracts entered into between Azeosoft and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific agreement shall take precedence.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services or the Site at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Azeosoft Content
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Azeosoft Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3.2 Permitted Use

3.3 Client Work
Intellectual property rights in deliverables created for clients are governed by the specific service agreement. 4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Activities

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of notice, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azeosoft with respect to the subject matter herein.
9.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
9.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.
